Soft Washing Deck- Whiskey Fungus Removal, Prep For Staining

This house is within a mile of Jim Beam Distillery and has whiskey fungus on surfaces. The owner wanted to clean the deck to prep for staining. 
I use a process called Soft Washing. It uses no pressure washers that could damage window seals, deck boards, brick, ANYTHING! The pressure is less than a garden hose. I rely on soap and a 2% bleach solution with chemicals to retard algae and fungi for up to 5 years.
Soft washing is great for vinyl siding, stone, brick, wood, painted surfaces, concrete, sidewalks and driveways.
