33:35 Thank you again for talking about this.. Ive seen it over and over again, young boys come to the gym, the train the same, have the same kind of lifestyle, and som just pack on muscle and strength. not always the most dedicated or hard working of the bunch either! So all you pro are hard workers, even alot of us who never competed too...

I thought you of all people could provide an answer. As I remember , you tried Patrick's approach in the past .
I may have missed it but I have a question that pertains to Patrick toure technique. ( Protein consumption)
He is known for lower protein but higher or high carbs. I've heard that amino acids take place of protein .
Are the total amount of amino acids equal the grams of protein that are reduced?
Example: athletes protein intake before Patrick was 400 daily.
With Patrick it is reduced to 300 gram's.
Would the athlete then / now utilize 100 Gram's of aminos in replacement?
Also is this technique for giving the body a break, meaning kidneys and digestive tract? Or is it because the athlete can fit more food by the way of carbohydrates? ( Thanks in advance. Keep the great content coming!)
I was curious because I wanted to give this a chance or a try just to see how my body would respond

I'm 35. A military who uses your products which I love. I lift every morning for a hr before work. I work an 8 maintenance worker job, 5 days a week. Wife, wants me to do what is happy and I balance time with her and kids. Plus, about to grad with a 4 yr degree in Anthropology. Its always been a goal to BB and I feel that I have gained some muscle in my 20's - 30s. Just an idea that has been on mind to try a NPC Stage Goal by age 40. Thanks for your honest feedback.
