Yaaaas my coach is finally on! I’ve been working with JP for about 25 weeks now... logging it all on my channel. I’m the biggest and leanest I’ve ever been. The guy is a genius
Totally dig the after training "dark room" deal. Doing this for years. Really calms me down, let the brain get back to reality after a hard training session.
I love hearing JP talk. Between his obvious passion, vast knowledge, real world accomplishment and application, he's one of my favorite bodybuilders out there.
Just woke up for some Morning cardio and there is already a podcast up. Fouad you’re the man and thank you for dedication to making the sport of bodybuilding better every day
Brilliant episode . Jordan speaks so well and could listen to his passion and knowledge all the time . No better podcast out there for me . Relaxed and truthful every episode Keep them coming
can't sleep! it's 2:20am in the UK had to turn on this gem! If possible, please bring JP back on with the British Boys/bb&b for some education and giggles!! Thx Foo for these podcast
I'd say they'd probably agree on a lot of things, maybe Insulin & Giant Sets could be a great topic for them, but Jordan has trained under Milos.. so I dont think they'll debate, still cool tho
Absolutely love JP! I could listen to him talk all day long. One of the most intelligent/eloquent speakers you can ask for. Jordan describing how he walks through the gym with his head down is EXACTLY how I move through the gym too.
Anything with JP it's getting a thumbs up. Full of so much knowledge and that no BS approach. Had a HUGE impact on UK bodybuilding. Absolutely nothing but respect. Well done getting him on the podcast 👏
Omg im exactly the same i dont like artifical lighting either, i thought i was the only one!! Its not a phobia its just, like if it's night time and i can do what i need to do with just the light from the monitor, i would prefer to do that than turn the lights on and flood the room with light from the bulbs. Or if its early morning, id prefer to sit in a darker room than turn the lights on for more lighting. I totally get it Jordan.
You're not alone. I'm exactly the same. It is nice to see some comments from like minded people. Because my friends don't get it. But every human is slightly different in some areas. 👍🤘
your an inspiration Fouad, you're a role model and chosing not to compete at Chicago is a great example for all your young followers, health has to be number one. I appreciate ya and look forward to what you can bring to the community moving forward
This ended up being on of my fav podcasts you've done so far! Amazing job guys! Honestly, after listening to this (and while listening to this) realized this isn't so much an episode and discussion about training or trainign style, or diet or prep or bodybuilding, but this was (at a Meta level) all about mindset, creating positive feedback loops which form constructive habits and processes that when put in place allow a person to advance forward in any task that they want to advance forward in. This was a chat you two had basically about self awareness, self mastery, self discovery! Yes it was understanding those things and implementing them under a bodybuilding lens, but really take this podcast and how you talked about it, and it translates to any other aspect in life. This right here is the answer to "what has bodybuilding taught you" and "how does bodybuilding help you in other aspects of your life" ... IMO its not so much bodybuildng per se that helps, but the MINDSET you grew inside bodybuilding, that's what's key. (its like the metaphor of college, its not what you learn, but the process to learn). great podcast, you guys need to do more together and be even more meta with it, that is fasicnating to me.
Great episode Sir. Jordan and Corinne are two of the most hard working, dedicated, inspiring and friendly people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting (albeit very briefly), but their attitude through life in general always appear exemplary. It would be great if you could get them both on together because their dynamic in how they Motivate each other and bounce of each other is so good and I’m sure would make for great listening, having heard a couple of podcasts they’ve done together before. As always, health, wealth and happiness to you all.🙏
Amazing episode! One of your best Fouad. Well every episode gets better and better. Best bodybuilding oriented podcast in the world. You have an amazing skill of creating such a great vibe, that when whatching/listening I really feel like I'm sitting in a room with you and your guest, watching you just have a great convo.
5 Star episode. I enjoy every episode, so thank you Fouad. This episode answered so many wonderings for me. Brilliant questions with clever steering of the podcast. :)
Awesome episode! Love his perspective! Side note: sucks you didn't get to compete. But it also sucks fucking up your body, and having regrets. Its sometimes harder to do what you did, than actually competing. Always be here with you! "If you live by man's approval, you'll die by his criticism". I found this to be impactful and thought you could put it in your mental arsenal.
An amazing episode, learning all the time, I follow JP but have never listened to him, wow I have been missing out, a genuine guy who really cares, Fouad as ever you are the man, you skills with your guests are what makes your work so special, thank you so much 💪👍
Jordan simy loves training. Does'nt care what others think and his way of thinking is mind blowing. This way of training is brutal but simply works. Great episode fouad get him back asap 💪👍
Ayy pat your self on the back for getting JP on the podcast finally Fouad 😂 ( I remember you asked him a few times and gave up after a bit). Both of you are top guys! P.s im happy you chose to put your health first and not to compete; appreciate competing has been a big part of your life and it blows but a choice between your health or competing once more? Absolutely you made the right choice in putting your health first 🙏🏼
Most excited I’ve been for one of these and that’s saying a lot! Foad you are the man! I watched most of the podcasts he did when he did a bunch back to back and you could definitely tell he was a bit tired of giving his life story so when you asked him to get straight in to the training discussion I’m sure he like that haha
Really sorry to hear about your prep Fouad. Thankfully your listening to your health. We are ALL extremely proud of you, kindest regards as ALWAYS Richard U.K
About damn time! Great podcast, JP is so knowledgeable. Great interview as well, Fouad. Something about those Brits, they bring the intensity. Keep your head up, much respect for all that you do.
Great content! The 1lb comment was funny! I get odd looks when I use 2.5lb plates. I kinda train the same using Dr Mike Israetel's similar principles. Over the past 5 years, from 37-42 yrs old, I've made my best progress. I attribute it to discipline training, eating, properly resting to recover, and always wanting to learn more. This is awesome info. Thanks for having him on.
Dude you’re a natural. I just left you a review on iTunes for the podcast too. You need to expand beyond bodybuilding with your media career. You’re definitely a great conversationalist
I have bought every one of JP’s programs going back to 2012 and done them sporadically (in between other styles). I remember when I first read what he had planned and I thought “this isn’t enough stimulus!”. I’d been lifting for over 30 years, and had been following a Dorian HIT style for the latter part of it. Suffice to say I was shown new set extension techniques, progressed and was amazed at how good I felt whilst following. It almost seemed too good to be true. After watching this I think I might return to ‘Completely Massive’ for the next 12 weeks :-) Top man JP
Hosstile giving us that super interesting and in depth podcast again. Keep it coming Fuoad. I'm working from home for 7 mnths n you keep me sane. Minus gym of cos
Petition to get JP back on!
yes please Fouad!!
Where can we sign? 📝

What we really need is a weekly podcast from him and Hollingshead.

Codebreaker i mean this is the best episode yet IMO haha
Loving your injectable carnitine content ATM.
The podcast with better information that I’ve ever saw. Jordan Peters is just awesome.
Totally dig the after training "dark room" deal. Doing this for years. Really calms me down, let the brain get back to reality after a hard training session.
JPs passion for progression is very infectious. I recommend his members site to anyone who wants to better themselves. Is a must
Jordan's training style and thinking is pure resemblence of Dorian Yates
The gritty British intent, viking like

JP definitely the biggest influence on my bodybuilding, that one leg photo of him and sas is iconic
Yeaaaaahhhhh big JP FINALLY on the pod!

Yes! I've got 90 min of cardio to bang out and look! My guy.... Sorry you're not competing this year anymore.
Wow, 90 minutes? What kind of cardio are you doing? Or is it just a casual walk on the treadmill?
