    Biggest thing here for me is actually taking several fat loss phases. To eventually be in a place to start a prep that will help get me peeled!

      This is fine to do, some preps require multiple phases to get to the final product just set a timeline that has breaks in it

    Hey guys, love this pod!
    So say the show is on Saturday evening, would yous drink normal 5-8litres on Friday but cut it off 12-16 hours before the stage and just droip feed it in small amounts with meals on show day? Could yous just tell me if I understood this correctly? Thanks guys
