i think the first wrong turn was really well done, the atmosphere was great and i really enjoyed the characters they seemed realistic. I don't think the sequels ever capture that same feeling again instead becoming clique cash grab sequels, i think the second one is the only other good sequel the other 4 are no good.
The first two was my favorites, two was so brutal and just as amazing as the first and much bloodier. DUDE that disturbing dinner scene, I swear RE 7 the game was inspired by it. The third one wasn't as bad as the prequels but it was meh.

I watched this in theaters because it had a “Buffy” character Eliza Dushku (aka Faith) and I support the movies starring actors and actresses that I like. For that same reason I was taken to see Cruel Intentions at 12 and Scream 2. 😱😱🤷🏾♂️😂😜

No , Is it a fun ride full of cannibal hillbillies and teens / young adults making silly mistakes that you shout at them through the tv for before realising the characters don’t know they’re in a horror movie so don’t see it as making dumb choices ? Absolutely! The sequels drop in quality and gain more of a campier/ comedic vibe to them , they’re definitely not something I rush to rewatch but they aren’t offensive to watch if they’re on the tv and you’re bored. The first one will always be the best one by a mile ! 🙂

It’s hilarious that this underrated horror slasher that is not in a lot of peoples top 10 horror films got such an amazing reaction out of you. That’s awesome honestly. This one really doesn’t get as much love as it should. I don’t think people think it’s bad, but they just don’t bring it up in the horror conversation as much. Hell, all of its sequels went straight to DVD so it obviously never had a mainstream appeal but it’s so good.

Born and raised!Grew up as a child runnin the woods often alone in behind our house… I live more in what you call inside town now as an adult(and I hate it)… all that being said I would say there’s probably some deeeeep places in the mountains that I would not go alone just because of the unknown, but we’ve definitely got some thick accents in certain parts that give you these vibes but they’re nice as pie…

You should check out the puppetmaster movies! They're made by the guys who made the gingerdead man but most full moon movies are atleast a little bit more fun than that one lol
Wrong turn 1 and 2 and the 2021 reboot are all great in there own way and each is completely different atmosphere 1 is more serious 2 is fun and the reboot is completely different from any other wrong turn honestly it shouldn’t even be call that but since it is I consider it in my top three wrong turn movies
Because you mentioned Paul walker in the beginning you should check out Joy Ride, it’s a good horror/suspense movie with Paul walker, highly recommended

The first Wring Turn, like the first Saw, can stand alone and be great. Their franchises both just become goofy gorefests

Didn’t see this in theatres saw it on home video and was sad Kevin Zegers got killed so quickly as he was part of my gay awakening.

Used to have an inbred family nearby where I grew up. People called em the "Moonies" or "Moon Dogs". They were all kinds of creepy.
