i'm wondering, what if you did cheap car challenge from GT2 into GT5??? oh btw u can make the OMEGAChino with a new racing modification
2 and 4 are my favorite Gran Turismo games. 2 has the best intro of any Gran Turismo game as well!
Edit: There's a Mazdaspeed AZ-1 at 4:45! IIRC that version of the car was only ever in Gran Turismo 2
That also caught me by surprise, so I went and checked the GT2 wiki and it's one of those hidden cars you can only get on rotation in used dealership. Some of my favorites in-game are only available this way, like the Impreza 22B which is 50k+ and much more expensive than all the stock Impreza's, also much better than even the racing versions if fully tuned up.
Pretty sure that the Cusco Impreza actually completed in the JGTC500 series and was pretty successful.
21:02 the storia is a beast in GT2 if you know how to wheel it. Especially the Rally version!
as always another hype challenge video
I need to know your tunes for the parts fr, cause I started a run with the pulsar and have been constantly outgapped by other cars
Did you fit all max upgrades on it yet? Even if you have the right tunes without the max upgrades/parts the pulsar will remain poopy. The tunes are simple. Give it Max rake and shorten the fourth gear. You can also play around with the strut and suspension settings for a grippy track monster. If you wanna dominate every race in GT2 and be able to tune any car? Go watch TeaKanji's "Gran Turismo 2: The ultimate guide" video. The best guide for GT2 ever made. I enjoy the game so so much more now because of tea kanji's video's and tunes.
@@rouguedissidia thanks for the advice!! Ill have to grind away at it to get parts money but I'll remember this ❤️
I just found last year seems the nissan pulsa gti-r is a perfect start car
the ability to make a racecar out of a regular car you bought was something special EDIT if you think the gt 300s were bad in game they are closer to what the gt500s were back in the day now IRL GT300 2024 = probably closer to 500 and the GT500s = probably closer to 700
It was indeed, and I think it was a bad decision to not include it in entries like GT4. GT4 with racing modification for normal cars would've been super sweet.
As an old man once said: "the only satisfaction in having a 500 is surpassing a Ferrari in a highway". And this video feels like it
The Gigachino Gaming
It's so sad that they did not include a lot of interesting cars from GT2 in GT4. A Golf 2.3 VR5, 525i and a lot more middle class cars like them were seriously missing in GT4 and every GT afterwards.
One of the few bright spots in GT7 is being able to engine swap this beast
My biggest question would be since you're playing a PC version do you think the gigaccino would be as dominant on PS2 system?
I played this game a ton as a kid and i'm sure there's no slipstreaming in this game, also don't think there's rubber banding. You can prove it by driving the escudo, in a lot of races you can lap the AI. Fun video though, I'm surprised its taken this long for a good GT2 video streamer play through given its popularity
There's slipstreaming in this game, you can easily confirm this by playing it.
@@admontblanc Lol there 100% is not, in any way slipstreaming. The game does not imply it at any point, I've seen people mistake the power band in some cars for slipstreaming, reality is it doesn't matter if you're following other cars.
if this the UltraChino then the Cappuccino that you got on GT7 which can easily reach 400 KM/H is easily the OMEGAChino
CAN YOU HEAR THE SILENCE
CANT YOU SEE THE DAARK
CAN YOU FIX THE BROKEN
CAN YOU FEEL MY HEART
( insert gigacino theme )
quality video :) i watched it while eating
yeah still have GT2 and my old PS1, I can confirm the game is still very good even today, you do need some time to get used to the game's physics tho, coming from NFS PSP games, I basicaly had to relearn everything from scratch
MrxBas: Gigachino I choose You!
Dude, you say Laguna Seca as a native, impressive
The cappuccino is like the protagonist of this game
GT300 Subaru was like: V-tec kicked in yo!
Subaru probably gave that boxer engine some voodoo magic
@@mrxbasyeah, maybe the octane at the gas station was hitting different :P
@@mrxbas it had an engine swap with the RUF BTR2...
gt2 was fun growing up for sure!
Can you sometimes do a GT6 challenge? It has the most cars in the series.
Time stamp 28,07 not the middle cart a GT1 Lister stood from the 90s which the yellow on green livery Race in 24 Hours of Le Mans and on GT1 I believe so no a turning car
You next challenge should be to see if you can beat the game using only cars with pop-up headlights
I'd love to use civic 3 door si 93, infinity G20 2.0 TE 91, celica 91 and mitsubishi FTO GP 99 to beat ford GT40 that enter 295-hp race illegally
GT2 was my favorite game
Yo do more randomizer videos they are really good
ah the pixel cars of gran turismo
I hope you ment Gigachino in the title
Of course, but not everyone knows it’s called that (yet) :)
perfect video 👍
Thank you
The numbers in Super GT's classes aren't power limits.
Current GT300s are, well, mostly GT3s. GT500 are the fastest GT racecars in the world, just being a couple seconds of the pace from old LMP1s.
It’s ironic how nowadays the power figures of GT300 are around 500 BHP. However, when JGTC was just getting started, these were the actual power limits: the Supras, Skylines and NSXes all had around 500 BHP while GT300s like the Silvia had around 300.
Is that a translation error ir is this thing really rear engine fwd?
I started my playtrough of GT4 Randomizer Mod and i got his brother in red color
@@NoEDGErisE Red is also a fine colour for this beast of a car 👌
