I made this for dinner last night for a very hesitant husband and 11 year old and it was UNBELIEVABLE! This checked all the boxes that I look for in a recipe: quick, easy, delicious, filling. This looks so good! But for people who've never tried spaghetti squash just know it's very sweet. I usually take all of the strands out, rinse them under water to get all of the sweetness out of it then season it and sauté it to soften then serve with sauce.

We are keto/carnivore and this was amazing. I used ground pork for our meat choice and in bottom of the squash I treated it like we do with regular lasagna and layered so I put the meat sauce, then some ricotta and then added the pasta/sauce mixture, then topped with ricotta and provolone. This was sooo good, going on our monthly rotation. Thanks again!

And I wanna know if u can do a typical brazilian recipe?? It's called 'brigadeiro' and 'coxinha'. I love both of them so much and I bet that u will love too. They're absolutely incredible. Add corn kernels (cooked) maybe ham cubes and white sauce for your filling, don't forget the nutmeg. Cook squash in microwave, spoon out to form a well and add filling. Add grated cheese to filling or grated Swiss cheese to filling and au gratin to taste.

+Nicola Straw I think in the video she just used her squash to make the noodles out of it. But you can just buy squash yourself and get your squash cooked (how laura put it in the microwave) then get the fork and make slice in it and then use the fork to comb it out. I hope this makes sense!
