    혹시 우유를 탈지분유로 대체시 얼마정도 넣어야 할가요?

      분유로 대체시 분유9g 넣고 물은 66g을 더 추가해서 만드시면 될 것 같아요! 제가 그렇게 만들어보진 않아서 완전히 똑같이 나온다고는 장담 못드리지만 거의 비슷하게 나올거예요.😊

      Here is English recipe!
      Salted Butter Rolls
      [Ingredients]
      Bread flour 500g
      Sugar 25g
      Salt 10g
      Dry instant yeast 5g
      Butter 20g
      Water 300g
      Milk 75g
      (Filling)cold butter 210g
      (Topping)salt flakes
      *210g cold butter cut into 15g pieces.
      *Preheat the oven 180C. Bake the rolls for about 15-18M.
