There's a problem where he's assuming that it's completely straight whilst in his pants, when it's most likely bent over, or in a downwards position, then there's the problem with fabric augmenting the soft twig itself. There's too many assumptions, but if it is bent over, there's a chance it's much larger that what's listed here
Not to mention, lack of blood in the area when he's playing sports causing the appendage to shrink, so mathematically, Luigi could be packing somewhere from 7.5 to 8 inches if the blood thing is the only problem. If it's tucked, it could even be 8+

if mattpatt can find the length of Luigi's "mushroom" doesn't that mean he could technically find the size of peach, daisy, and Rosalina's "money makers" couldn't he go around to every female or male game, movie or food mascot's on all of the various theory channels and find the size of there "balloons" or "disco stick" that would be a fun theory crossover like canablism week
I did some research (before anyone says anything yes I am aware of how sus that sounds) and Peach appears to have the smallest "cherries" out of the three of them. Daisy and Rosalina both have fairly obvious shading on their dresses to indicate the outline of their chests, but Peach doesn't seem to have that, at least not in the photos I looked at.
For Mario’s part i think that’s just the way they draw privates when the manga is for kids
