Emergency Repotting of A White Pine Bonsai

  • An accident happened probably at the worst time to repot my bonsai. The wind blew it off the growing table.
    In case a similar scenario ever happens to you here's a demo of what you need to do.
    As I mentioned it's not a real repotting. More of a pot transfer than anything.
    The specimen in question is an American white pine (Pinus strobus / Eastern white pine). As you will notice in the follow up it has recovered well.
    Please be very careful when you do this.

    many thanks! will this tree show up in a video this year by any chance - 2024? Love how it looks here, but I know you likely wired it that autumn, and probably have done something else since then. Love the softness of the needles and the shape of this tree.
