Pokémon Storm Silver is an advanced difficulty catch-em-all romhack of Pokémon Soul Silver created by Drayano
Normal Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Can only catch the first Pokémon I find on each Route.
3. Nickname Pokémon
Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode
Extra Rules:
7. No Set-Up Moves
8. EVs Off

The part about the weird spheal team six opinion. My fav video you've created was the xmas nuzolcke. I had covid, I was on my own cause I was sick. But the video made me feel cozy and brought some of the xmas spirit with the entire thing being one long xmas poem/story. Loved it.
So excited for this play-through!! I played Sacred Gold this summer and it was genuinely the most fun I've had with a Pokemon game in years, can't wait for Aurora Crystal!

Vaporeon is indeed super bulky, and it gets Acid Armor later on down the road. Umbreon is great too. If he gets Piplup as his Sinnoh starter he can have a fantastic fire-water-grass core, plus a free steel type. I would go for Umbreon now and get Piplup down the line. :)

I did a monotype dragon team for Storm Silver and Pryce was almost impossible
This comment is probably useless, but after playing thru this game at least 10-15 times, 100% chance the only thing to evolve eevee into would be glaceon. Having an ice type that early is quite broken. It even sweeps the first gym. Also picking chikorita was required for this game for team balancing purposes. Especially late game. Keen to using blaziken with speed boost/bulk up for sweeping. Also Lanturn or Crawdaunt is a solid water type pick, both are incredible and neither died during my playthroughs. Only pokemon I had die was the one time I choose something other than glaceon for my eeveelution.
