Do they still have new construction Westin homes in Grand Central Park thinking of moving there beginning of 2025. I am interested in Conroe and Katy, TX. I love Westin homes
Yea they do still have Westin building out here, I live in one and like it a lot. Be sure to reach out and I can tell you when they will most likely stop building and what size lots they are building on
It's nice that you live near a lake, but what about flooding? If you live near a lake, what's the likelihood that it will flood your neighborhood during a storm?
Nice neighborhood but the school rankings are lower than we’d like. Does Katy (Cane Island) have better value since the you get the better schools and still get new construction?
Values will be similar, the school ranking for Grand Central Park don’t necessarily line up with the positive experiences I have heard from parents who have kids there. I think both are great options. Happy to have a team member reach out and explain the differences.

Both are great. I choose CGP for the location and being closer to commercial amenities. Aside from that, they are very comparable.
Will there be any Pickleball Courts in Grand Central Park? GCP appears to be a very impressive master-planned community.
Actually yes there are currently plans to add a pickelball court at the Lakehouse pavilion area

@ you can get a homestead exemption if it’s your primary residence and an over 65 exemption if you are over 65
