Mike nailed it when he said Zombie needs to quit playing right into what we expect from him. His movies are interchangeable, and not in a good way.
I agree. Zombie's films are all substance with no presentation. Allow me to correct y'all, Zombie will never be a "visionary filmmaker" due to some stuff y'all forgot bring to light. Notice how every film is all takes place in the 70's with the same soundtrack. It's like, we get it, dude. But sometimes you gotta go outside the box and try something new to succeed as a filmmaker. You took Tarantino in reference but his films are always different, you can't put Zombie in that equation until he can learn to outside the 70's era timepiece with the same soundtrack and same cast. 31 was a fan funded film, it just shows how cheaply and rude of Zombie's intentions about making films. Until then zombie is trash thru and thru..he had no understanding of what Michael Myers was. And his movies are just therapy from all the abuse he suffered as a child. Good video you guys. Did Zombie get abused as a child? If so that explains everything. He just basically gives the fictional characters in his films his own real life backstory, his pretentious "look how horrible the world is" mindset is basically "Something horrible happened to me therefore the whole world is horrible." All his films are apparently just fictional versions of his own life. It all makes sense now.
I haven't watched it yet, but is the answer "a razor?" That's my guess. Okay, watched it, and I was wrong, but you have to admit, a reduction in the beard quota wouldn't hurt. I totally agree with your points, particularly the rape scenes...there's nothing fun about watching that shit. It's just uncomfortable. I don't watch films to feel shitty about it. Might watch a Blues Clues film by him, though. Eli Roth just made a kids' film, after all.
Not really because at one point in his career Tim Burton actually made good films like Batman, Batman Returns, Edward Scissorhands and the like. Rob Zombie has never made a good film ever. His Halloween remake and its sequel, House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil's Rejects, 31 and all that are the same being made over and over again.
Guys, Kevin Smith did number 5. It was called "Jersey Girl". I love that movie so much, BUT people didn't want a PG-13 movie from Kevin Smith. Such a great fucking movie. Maybe Rob Zombie should a psychological horror film... He won't though, mainly because he's afraid to take chances. He knows his audience all too well.
That's what I was gonna say. I LOVE his music. The techno background, the grainy vocals, the total nonsense lyrics. It's fantastic. On the other hand, I think his movies are shit
Guys, you're probably right, you probably are but I wanna be sure, you wanna be sure, we all wanna be sure. Now what I wanna do is very simple, the digestive system of this animal is very slow , whatever hope is left is bound to be in there. Let's just wait for it to come out and see what actually happens.
Just so everyone knows, J.'s confession at the end of the video was that he actually can't read. The only people that will get this are the ones who have been around for a while. I can't really add much to the points that you guys made. I just want to see a Zombie movie that he does the cinematography for, directs, and then just steps the fuck aside and lets someone else create the characters and write the dialogue. Just my thoughts.
Rob needs to get it in his head that filthy dialogue and just being gross is "NOT" scary.
Why is the not in quotes
Agreed, though why is your "not" NOT in quotes?

Did Zombie get abused as a child? If so that explains everything. He just basically gives the fictional characters in his films his own real life backstory, his pretentious "look how horrible the world is" mindset is basically "Something horrible happened to me therefore the whole world is horrible." All his films are apparently just fictional versions of his own life. It all makes sense now.
Rob zombies directing/cinematography with a different talented writer would make for a good film
“Unfixable” - John Carpenter. 😉
Rob Zombie is the man!
THE FIRST POINT SUMMED UP: ROB ZOMBIES A CUCK
Yo, cosplay chris!!
Hello Chris!
4:25 is that youtuber guy played as Robin from Batman forver and Batman and Robin..........huh ?
I haven't watched it yet, but is the answer "a razor?" That's my guess.
Okay, watched it, and I was wrong, but you have to admit, a reduction in the beard quota wouldn't hurt. I totally agree with your points, particularly the rape scenes...there's nothing fun about watching that shit. It's just uncomfortable. I don't watch films to feel shitty about it. Might watch a Blues Clues film by him, though. Eli Roth just made a kids' film, after all.
and not even a mention of the episode of CSI: MIAMI he directed
Rob needs to know the difference between having a vision and being down right gross
I feel like Rob Zombie is the Tim Burton of horror movies.
How to fix Rob Zombie movies: Stop making them and burn the ones that exist already.
maybe Rob zombie should remake Ii spit on your grave & last house on left
Guys, Kevin Smith did number 5. It was called "Jersey Girl". I love that movie so much, BUT people didn't want a PG-13 movie from Kevin Smith. Such a great fucking movie. Maybe Rob Zombie should a psychological horror film... He won't though, mainly because he's afraid to take chances. He knows his audience all too well.
You guys fucking rule.!
To be honest I'm more a fan of his music than his movies
That's what I was gonna say. I LOVE his music. The techno background, the grainy vocals, the total nonsense lyrics. It's fantastic. On the other hand, I think his movies are shit
I like some of the dudes songs & music and shows however i want him to go back to that and stay there.
Not Devil’s Rejects. That movie is great!
I have one word to say:
SI
