My SMPs are the sword hands series from the early 2000s. Managed to grab the black titanium one preowned a few weeks ago to add to the Peter Blake, Electric Blue, and the titanium Electric Blue.

Truthfully, it isn't light. It's stainless steel and hefty. But well-balanced 👊

The two tone'deep sea dial' doesn't work. The look imho... As it you could wear out the color on the disk

The omega SMP 300 is due for a update, it should have
1) minimum 70Hrs of power reserve.
2) A re-designed bracelet which tapers.
3) Change the bezel action, which is poor now
Wish the indices was white and not light blue on this summer edt.

Great shots of the watch, thanks! Would you say the dial changes to a slightly lighter colour in the sunlight like the 2018 300m diver did/does? That’s my only concern as I tend to like darker colours. Thanks. Great video 😁
It certainly varies greatly in full sun. Significantly lighter.
