I think the quick shot is set up for the DIY, but unfortunately it’s priced for the semi professional. I don’t like the fact that the quick shot has such a low count for its end of life usage.. If I have to use a gallon of more of paint, then I just pull out my AAA sprayer
.. i think the quart is the sweet spot for the DIY..... honestly my Fuji turbine works for me.... It’s just not battery power.
The Quickshot gun could be the best if they could figure out how to make it last a beating but your right it’s almost a disposable sprayer after 100 gal. Hopefully in the future they will reduce the cost around the $700-$800 mark and make replacement parts cheaper.
All right, so for small projects, which one do you recommend now?
If it’s fine finish like cabinets the QS will be better. If it’s exterior production type stuff the Titan will be better
I would definitely feel like a ghost buster with that thing 😅
I just bought mine so I'm doing a little research before I use it I will definitely give you a review I'm excited
Sweet let me know what you think after 20g or so
What is the expected price? I like that you can use your favorite gun & more paint.
Titan rep told me right around 1k
Thanks for the video !Just subscribed. How much for the new Titan unit? What's the warranty?
Titan has told me that the unit will be less than 1K not sure on the Warranty as the unit won’t be out for sale until sometime in May
Thanks for the sub 🤘😎🤘
Looks amazing, did the titan rep happen to drop a release date?
He said “sometime” in May and unit will be under 1k to purchase that’s all I know!
How does the overspray compared to the Quick Shot?
It sprays exactly the same as an airless at 1800 psi the 120x had a maximum pressure of 1800 psi so you have to use ff tips.
I’ve been waiting for this Titan since the announcement of Bosch AmpShare. 👏🏽👏🏽
🙌🏻
What spray booth are you using?
It’s a RTT 8x8 open face spray booth
Does it double up for weeds?
🤣 I guess you could put some Round up in there
Looks good, two things tho... Only time will tell tell how long the pump lasts and they should of gone with dewalt batteries. Over in the UK dewalt and makita are the top players most people run them tools so already own multiple batteries.
You are correct we will see if the pump can keep up with the gun. I’m told the pump is a brand new design.
Why not just buy the Graco FinishPro GX 19 instead ?
I guess if you were just using it as a stationary pump the GX 19 is probably a better choice. But having the option to throw it on your back and paint makes it slightly more versatile in my opinion. But
@@mallerpaintingcompany I agree but comparing the quick shot and the GX 19 and the price for both I would probably choose the GX19.
What kind of battery does it use?
Comes with two Bosch batteries
Who uses Bosch batteries? NOBODY!
Looks like Titan does 🤣
Europe uses Bosch 😊
Should have used Milwaukee
Were can i get your paint booth
RTT solutions makes the booth I have and it can be purchased through Worth Louis and Co. if you don’t have one of those locally go to RTT website to find a dealer near you
I’ve used mine for more then 1000 gallons
Works awesome
Your probably getting paid to promote that back pack sprayer
Didn’t get a penny. Titan was nice enough to let me borrow the pump before it hit the market. So I could make a “be first” video as I’m trying to build up my you tube page. Maybe someday I’ll get paid but as for now I’m stuck painting houses to earn a living lol 🤣
Used your quickshot?
Preach brother! 🎨
Thank you 🤣🙏
As a pro of over 40 years I cant see myself buying one of these,,any hvlp would do as good .maybe see use for like small stuff up high on a lift where lines would be a problem but give me an airless with a 100 foot Lind and I'll spray a house in a morning
Yes I think it would be good for staining fences or maybe painting parking lot curbs but definitely just prefer to use the ol airless for most things
Quickshot 👍👍
💪😎
I don’t know how I feel about it, I can see the uses for it but honestly it looks goofy spraying with that thing👀😂
Yes I feel like I need a ghost buster’s jump suit to spray with it 🤣🙌🏻
I won't be buying the quickshot unless they figure out a way to add more paint.. 1 quart just ain't going to cut it.
Yes they need a gallon pot version on wheels that you can drag around with you
@@mallerpaintingcompany I don't know if a gallon pot would work with that little thing but it should at least carry 2 or 3 quarts.
Quick shot great too expensive!
Yes I’m hoping the price will drop this fall once the hype wears off
They should’ve partnered with Milwaukee 🤦
🤘😎🤘
Man that pump is lame . Trash just like the quick shot
Both have their place but definitely not for everyone.
I have to fill the graco every 5 minutes and pay 1400 plus tax
@@antonioperales8792 it’s ok for small jobs . One door
