Firstly no bread or food is ‘bad’ but some are definitely more nutritious than others.
.
White bread has very little nutritional value so it’s ok to have it - but it would be at the bottom of the list!
.
Whole wheat is the one most people will gravitate towards and it does contain more fiber than white buttttt most do still contain preservatives which can be acidic.
.
Sprouted grains on the other hand contain more protein, fiber and a lower GI for those looking to maintain blood sugar levels throughout the day. There are also no preservatives and the sprouting of the grain v the mashing of it releases enzymes that allow for maximum vitamin and mineral absorption so this will be the most nutritious of the three!

As always, look at the ingredients and label when at the grocery store and check for any hidden additives!

If never seen bread in the frozen section in my life in any grocery store
Really? I live in the middle of nowhere and we have that bread in the frozens. I can’t get good tortillas though
They have them there because this type of bread does not have a long shelf life like white bread..
It doesn’t have preservatives.
You’re not looking for it. It’s there and has been for decades!
They have it at Walmart in the frozen section by all of the frozen healthy foods

Dave's Killer Bread makes an organic sprouted grain loaf that's a lot cheaper than Ezekiel (at least where I live)

I’ve tried this bread and just can’t do it. The flavor was just not good.
It definitely takes getting used to but I love the texture of it now!
Have you tried it in the toaster?? I promise you toasting it kinda turns it into totally different bread lol. It goes from being this cardboardesque situation to super nutty and kinda chewy.
It’s because God intended the bread to taste like dung as a symbol of Israel’s judgment.

I keep trying various styles and flavors of that bread to be healthy but omg it tastes so horrible and has a cardboard texture
It’s pretty cardboardesque haha if you just eat it as it but it’s quite literally a different bread after it’s been toasted. Egg, Avocado, and some everything but the bagel seasoning and a teeny squeeze of lime and you’re off to the races lol.
It’s also 7$ 🤦🏼♀️

They carry it in most grocery stores these days. I’ve found it in Whole Foods, sprouts… I’ve also seen it in Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s (on west coast). I’ve found it in
C Town, Key Food & City Acres (in NYC).
