There is certain clam about you when you talk and show the house. I like the energy that you bring. Not over bearing, but joyful and knowledgeable, with a pinch of lustrous.
The opening drone shots of the ocean and coast are breath taking. I hate TV s above fireplace s and one detracts from the other. The hallway downstairs definitely stands out and I like the overall layout. Your energy along with the outtake s compliment your videos and make house viewing entertaining.
