Beautiful home, the only thing I would do different is put the kitchen where the bar is, and then you have that beautiful view of the Pacific ocean while you make food and entertain guests.

I've watched what is absolutely too many tours of fancy houses and this channel is really quickly becoming my favorite. I'm so impressed with the level of detail and research put into each video and I love that they do a full walkthrough so you can really get a sense of the space instead of just hyper-edited clips. Also can't stop thinking about how much I want to hang a hammock at the bottom of those stairs and just lay back with the view

I'd install a punching bag and a pull up bar in the garage or outdoors, you would not want a heavy smell of sweat in the living areas.

I've seen ALOT of online house listing tours, but for some reason this house was my favorite outta all of em. I absolutely fell in love with it!! I love everything about it. Especially the location and the way the owner flattened the levels outside to turn the hill into actual yard space. I was thinking it would be nice to put sod down and make it into a nice green space for dogs and whatnot. Thanks for the showing Enes and Mikey!! Great work

not so much interested in the things I can not afford and not having time to waste dreaming about them, BUT, your way to make these videos and how you present these properties is truly amazing. I have seen crappy videos being made of really beautiful and luxurious places. In fact, you are so good, you make these properties feel that they are on a bargain deal. You sure bring the best out of every place. I really appreciate you showing the properties at different times of the day because they transform by how the light affects them.

i really love the ocean view of this house and its location. its a house with very simple but unique details however i didn't really see the use of having a classic car in the middle of a living room, i have been scratching my head trying to figure out how the car can leave the house to fulfill its actual purpose. Apart form that i love every other detail about this house.

Very funny when u said "I love this" in 19:51🤣. The only thing I love about this house is the stunning view 👌.The decor is not good, Shelby Cobra closed the scene. I liked if the kitchen overlooks the ocean. But in general it was impressive tour

This sounds absolutely ridiculous but when you were touring the home I was thinking about renovation it lol. I would switch the bar for the kitchen, take the formal dining room for a living room (removing dividing wall) and where the cobra is turned into a dining room/ sitting room. For the kitchen where it is now would could possibly be a library. Never the less, amazing home exterior and great tour.
