Good upload, that is a great property in arguably one of the best areas in southern California. I enjoy visiting the Palos Verdes areas. Scenic , calm and relaxing. Neighborhoods are safe and clean. I've been to the Point Vicente light house and Malaga Cove many times.
Finally we have a beautiful lady that's very articulate, the video is high quality, the editing is good and the host has great energy, keep it up and feed us with more content at least every week if you can

I agree! This house looks amazing during sunset: however, when we were filming the sun set on the left side of the door behind the Hill. You can get a great view of it from the back Yard and the pool\ balcony areas.
You should cut the thread at the bottom of the middle of the back of ur skirt. Those back flaps are meant to be separated and the clothing maker only puts the thread there to be removed by the user
0:13 - Opening drone shot. The landslide + cliff erosion has moved the cliff edge back to the house foundations. All the ground between the house and the cliff in this video is gone as of 9/6/2024 - The "toe" of the deep slide is 367 feet below the top of this cliff, and about 500 feet offshore. 0:18 - That parking area is gone.
If this is your first video, you are doing it greatttt! Just one suggestion, your pronounciation of words is brilliant, but sometimes it just gets a bit fast to understand like when you say your name. Otherwise its great! Keep up the good work!
