Whoever decorated this did an outstanding job (the monochrome artwork on the walls notwithstanding). This house is decorated with taste and sensibility (the various nooks and seating areas come to mind, but also the kitchen, and all the bathrooms - aside from the artwork, can't think of a fault or misstep in taste). Were this house orientated south or west, it'd be perfect for a young couple wanting to start a family, or one looking to reboot their life. Great tour - loved the little familial and personal anecdotes along the way: great touch.

That's a much better designed (architecturally) house than all the other "modern" designs presented previously. Looks beautiful from all angles, and from within. Sensible spaces - not cavernous but spacious enough - and great sunlight exposure. Even the garden is attractive, and the rooftop the cherry on the cake. Thanks for this great tour!

This is the nth video of tours I'm watching, and I noticed they made me (the house, not the tours - much less the warm and friendly presenter) uncomfortable. I wasn't really sure why, and at first I thought it was minor irritation at seeing these wine bottles on display in sunlight (hello? wine is wine, not vinegar - it needs to be stored in darkness, not out in the California sunlight). Then it hit me: none of these houses have bookshelves, and the walls are so bare as to make the spaces unwelcoming, or not convivial. No fault of Sierra Schotts or any realtor, and I'm sure interior designers have a reason for that, but imho, it's a bad reason. A house without bookshelves (or books for that matter) looks uncultured. All the expensive materials are taunted, but at the cost of culture and conviviality.
