😂. They made it difficult to film anything in situ, but they were fun the have along for the adventure. I gave them both a pack of tuna before I left. 😂. They were so excited.
Thanks man. It was nice to get out looking. Those dogs were getting annoying. They’d get down in the water and want to stand next to me to shake off. Jerks
Dang man, that hammerstone is killer. I'm spending the next 3 weeks in Cape Girardeau. Any chance I can tag along on a hunt with you? Lol seriously though. I brought a bunch of points and pottery from GA with me. I'll trade ya for hunt.
Man if I had more places to hunt I would. All my fields have already been planted and the village site as already been picked over until it rains again. It’s hard for me to even find time to go myself. That’s why most of my hunts are filmed by myself. I rarely get time off when other people are off.
A couple of nice ones.. yeah dogs are annoying as all get out. One of my entry points on one of my creeks has a momma and 4 babies who follow me. Good luck on your next outing.
Thanks. It really made it difficult to film anything. I’m just glad they turned out to be friendly. It didn’t seem to be the case when they first charged me out of the woods. 😂
It’s got a lot of points in it. It runs into the Mississippi River about 4 miles down from where I was at. In the 1700s there was a trading post that was set up to trade with the native people. I keep thinking one of these days I’ll find some beads or a trade pipe. A guy can dream right.😂
.Always when I go back to the car, I do it a different route than the one I went with in hopes of finding new parts. I have made many of my discoveries back to the car. Good finds my friend and above all I had a great time with you. BLESSINGS.
😄That’s what I do too. One time I walked a field for 3 hours in the freezing cold. When I was walking back to the truck I found a point about 20 feet away from were I parked.😂. Thank you for coming along on the adventure. Hope you all are finding some good ones.
They did.😂. It seemed like they would wonder off on the trail of something and then remember I was out there and they would come running to find me again. I even tried hiding a few times but the big black dog had a good nose on him. 😂. Thanks for checking it out. Best of luck to you.
Those cows break so many artifacts up there on the village site. I have literally seen cows standing there with huge pieces of pottery sticking up between their hooves. Years ago I found a really nice point in one of their tracks. It was standing up on it base like it slid right between its hoof.
@@devinpinnon4209 heck yeah man. Thats a cool area. Me and the wife and kids camp at the silver mines all the time. we also like going out to Marble creek campground too.
@@devinpinnon4209 for sure man. Catchin smallies is one of my favorite things to do. I just restored an old cabin on the st Francis down around Lodi. We were catching huge bass on that section. Both smallmouth and largemouths. I didn’t want that job to end. 😂. We were staying there through the week while we worked on it. Catching fatties every night.
Yo brother Trey !!! Them furry friends are the best kind of friends to take to the "Honey holes". They don't tell and they don't keep anything. LOL I was happy to see the notification for this one brother. You have some BEAUTIFUL country around there. Hope all is well Trey. Nick also. Many blessings to all my friend.
Hey thanks Kevin. It was nice to get out for a bit. We’ve been getting some heavy rains. I’m wanting to go check my spots in the field but I’m scared I’ll lose my boots. 😂. It’s the thickest, nastiest gumbo you could ever imagine. I posted a short video on my channel you’ll have to check out. I built a secret bookcase door to hide an old basement door on a house I’m remodeling. It was a pain to hang but it turned out pretty good. Thanks for watching Kevin. Always a pleasure to have you along.
@@SeMoArtifactAdventures I'll check the short out. I can't comment on "Shorts" because of my computer. But I can reply on comments. It's my pleasure Trey. You're a good guy brother. Thanks for being a friend.
😆yeah they were funny dogs. I really thought the black dog was gonna bite me. Then the other one was sneaking up behind me like they were working together. 😂
Just subbed to ya, Leland Shanks here.
Thank Leland. I appreciate it. You’ll have to check out some of my older videos. We find some strange artifacts up on the village site.
I bet so, I'm active on like 30 channels, but I love it!
Nice finds enjoyed watching thanks for sharing and good luck on your next outdoor adventure
Thanks man. I watched the video of your new site on my tv the other night. Those are some killer points coming out of there.

Looks like you just got 2 dogs
😂. They tried getting in my van with me when I was leaving. They seemed sad to see me go. 😂

@SeMoArtifactAdventures silver Mines is some of the best smally fishing you can do! Anywhere on the st. Francis is good arrow head hunting!
