Looking at his VS the rest.... it seems to be a fear of possibility. While Dominox attacked them.. it attacks their doubts. I believe Chetney still has fear of becoming a pure monster. Losing what he cares about(toy making for children) and becoming what he fears(slayer of children).
I can see that but it’s odd he created people in his mind when he could’ve shown him a lot of other people which would likely do a lot more for him and us to see someone he’s met and remembers
I think it might actually be something like he was tasked with protecting some kids or he was unable to stop a werewolf attack and he ended up being bitten and turning. They might even have been his kids or part of his family that subsequently abandoned him?
I think it's a fear of his or, like Ashton and Dorian, a twisted version of a real event. Looking at this campaign, we had FCG's memory of a one-eyed monster killing dancer and the other robots, but it was FCG himself so maybe this is going to be a lead in to some character development for chutney and a werewolf power boost like he is afraid of being the bad wolf so much that is subconsciously holds back it's power but when the eventually come across something and he knows that no he's always in control that this is his Wolf even more than getting control over the red moon power from earlier in the campaign he'll get his own werewolf version of fearne and Ashton's Titan transformation
