  • I've become somewhat obsessed lately with the idea that our movement and functioning is a byproduct of our environment. It adds context to the Alexandrian principle of non-doing.
    In this video I discuss that in relation to gravity. By changing your belief system on how gravity actually works, you'll change your behaviour and find good posture easier to maintain.

    what is a “ master reflex”.
    interesting thought, but, i speak to someone when i swim i seem to have to tread to hard and i can’t speak and i tire out speaking.
    i am not buoyant.
    i interesting if i am under the water i float up.
    i been trying to figure why its so hard.?

    What about your master reflex or primary control is pushing you up. 🤔 Let your primary control push you up.

      The Primary Control is what's taking advantage of gravity.
      You can't push yourself up by your boot straps!
