Hi! The G-Sync is not officially supported, but it works. Here is Rtings review quote - "It supports FreeSync variable refresh rate technology (VRR), and although it's not officially supported, it also works with NVIDIA's G-SYNC Compatible feature."

Depends on what game you asking for, but I am not sure you would get up to 90fps at 4k. Still it should have solid 60fps.

How is the brightness..is it bright enough in sdr and hdr..

It is defiantly bright enough in SDR. I never used over 60-70% of brightness settings. About the HDR, I would say it is not enough, cause if ht picture is slightly darker than usually, you would either see pure black or grey image. Everything above is applicable to sunny days with direct light from the side.
