@@DrawingXaos yeah im trying ti embrace the c i r c l e building so i can build a duracell coal plant (inspired by a reddit post, now im gonna remake it), and more, i find the c i r c l e quite interesting for easy logistics organization
@@DrawingXaos I'm simply glad I've found you, It's the first time I've watched a Satisfactory video without double tapping my phone in a long time, Looking forward for more!
There is a far easier way to make stairs. Build foundations to the height you want then drag out a beam out to the ground from its center. Then from that attach 1m beans goingdown right next to each other along, then you can quickly snap foundations to the bottom of it. Then the beams are right there for you to remove. This lets you make steps as steep as you want, at any angle you want in the place you want. No need to build beside or have extra stuff to remove. It's how I've been doing all of my stairs.
The problems I get into after a while is getting an overview. I mean, at some time it is getting too complicated to coordinate and I think no amount of tips will solve this problem for me. Any ideas?
I understand completely, there are two main methods that people go for. 1. you can brut force it... not worry about numbers or efficiency. 2. what you can do is when everything is unlocked, or look into end game ahead of time, and map out a plan of what you need from END to START. that part is very important. if you want to make say 10 Nuclear pasta a min, then you can map out how much it needs on a spreadsheet or use one of those fancy websites but that will keep you on track then you can tackle each section one by one. i recommend the second one, as it makes it a lot easier to keep going. The first one you end up feeling like you messed up and thing start seeming perfect, till they fail lol Hope this helps
@@DrawingXaos These are the ways to go that everyone is aware of, even me. You really don't understand my problem, I can see that now. Thank you anyway for your help. Spreadsheet and making a plan is exactly what my brain wasn't made for...
@Kivas_Fajo dang, does it all feel overwhelming or is it a problem of keeping track of it all? If ur having trouble keeping track I would recommend color coding, or signs, they help a lot. Or separating the building and making a main highway sorta for the belts, that has helped me. If it's all overwhelming, you might have hit your complicated limit. Happens to everyone, you can try building smolet production lines, and pulling high tire items in a whole different factory for ease of it all.
@@DrawingXaos I guess I have hit my complicated limit. I am building mostly smaller and connect or consolidate somewhere else. Let me put it this way. This problem hinders me so much, I have never build anything nuclear, because before that could happen I am already done, because I lost the overview above everything...
@Kivas_Fajo aahhh, I'm sorry to hear that. I know for the majority of people small builds are the funniest part, and like you they don't go to nuclear or anything cuz why bother with that hassle. But hey, if u like the small builds, u can always just make a ton of them. Got to say nothing wrong with that.
Look I commented! 😁
you sure did buddy, im proud of you.

The fake start with the world grid really helped set expectations, and the beam for power lines was pretty mind-blowing for an actual start.
