Viewer request 😃 I just purchased an ultrasonic cleaner. And starting to experiment with different solutions and running temperatures. My first try has been the extreme simple green as it seemed to have less issue being corrosive to the surface of different metals. There are reviews out there but none as good as yours. I love your product tests and will tune in and watch every week even it the product isn't on my radar, but it must be hard to keep producing a weekly show when you've reviewed so many of the "big" items. You're almost a 3M subs, and that's substantial.
    I appreciate your:
    humility,
    fairness,
no Rock&Roll intro with lightning and thunder,
    no CONSTANT "merch, patreon, etc",
    no tough-guy loudmouth attitude,
you make your own testing rigs and your shop isn't Internet Fancy,
no sponsors. (I'll bet they're beating down your door!)
I could go on and on.
Quite a few of my tool purchases were inspired by your videos and I hope clicking your links helps.
Some TH-camrs make another channel so as to not dilute the main one and risk losing subs.
Perhaps "Project Farm Builds:" or whatever where you could do side projects?
In the meantime it wouldn't be unreasonable to revisit and re-review some of the older tools as the specs may have changed or you could include other brands.

I did like the Star shifter I installed in my 68 Nova/ Chevy II SS. Their transmission reprogramming kits were a joke. I put one in a turbo 350 that was in my first Chevy Nova. It was a 69 with a non performance THM 350 behind a 350 c.i.d. with a 2 bbl. Carb. The crisper shifts were very underwhelming! Then got into the transmission industry and found out what a SK green box kit for about $8 could do! Little bump on a shift, versus barking the tires and leaving 6 foot rubber fish hooks behind you on a 1-2 shift!

I love the honest reviews, and I watch them wether I need the info or not! It’s just so well presented and thoroughly tested. But if we got a video every once in a while of a transmission or engine rebuild, I’d love those too!

Keep it up with the product testing! It's what you've been doing for years and what everyone comes to you for. While you may think you're running low on ideas, there's still plenty your viewers would love to see! You could test car waxes, razers for shaving, battery endurance, snow shovels, and much much more! Keep up the good and hard work, we all appreciate it!

The engine performance thing sounds good to me, Todd.
I also think testing things is your thing to do. You've helped me out more than enough! Saved me from purchasing something that I THOUGHT would've done a good job. You give us REAL tests and the outcomes.
In regards to this video, excellent work! I'll repeat myself. You are the hero we need, but don't deserve.

I just want to add that due to your meticulousness. It would be a very enjoyable of seeing how much you can improve a stock engine. Like how the performance would be at each and every step.
      I personally would love that.

You are doing a fantastic job giving us an honest review of all the products we are interested in. Your test are practical and stress the items the way we would to find it's weakness and false claims. Keep up the good work!

I was told about Totally Awesome for cleaning (completely soiled) car seats It didn't disappoint I was shocked at how good the results were , I bought it at the dollar store.

Same here. My step sons first car had light grey seats, that were a very dark grey. One hit with Totally awesome and that light grey came back strong.
I love your testing reviews, but understand you might want to break out. Do whatever you think is interesting to you and we will follow along. God bless you brother.

Keep doing what you do, it’s so hard to find comprehensive objective reviews👍 other content like rebuilds has a lot of competition so probably not worth taking the time away from doing more of what you do best!

  • @mystic37

I would do a second channel for things like rebuilds and such and keep this for product reviews, but I would subscribe to both because what you do is awesome and the only sources for reviews I fully trust. Keep being awesome!

When preparing my old house for sale, I used LA's Totally Awesome to degrease the kitchen, which was in rough shape. It did a great job cutting the grease from the appliances. Fridge, backsplash and stovetop came out really clean when used at only 10% strength. That stuff is perfect for cutting old bacon grease splatter etc.
Great test using different mediums in this video!

I honestly really appreciate the product reviews. There's so much snake oil and bs out there that it's good to know you're getting a good product or at least know how cheap you can go and still get decent results. I also feel like there are already a decent amount of car maintenance/performance channels already. I only really go to you and TTC for shop products at this point
