Update: I was going to update this video in the PCSX2 emulator but it started having huge issues with graphics and I tried everything and it wouldn't work. But the Thunder 2003 all thunder plates video will be out sometime in the future. Also please don't ask stupid questions because if you've played this game and know how to get plates then I don't need to tell you because they're simple to get, the main reason this video was uploaded years ago was collecting all the plates in the game.
Don't take my response harshly, just play the game on a emulator or if you have the console then buy a copy of the game and play it. I'm not trying to be a jerk, it just annoys me that a simple thing needs to be addressed

Update on the Nascar Thunder 2003 plate video. On my PS2, I got 170 of 171 (Buster Auton was the last one) but there's a bug where you get 170 plates then it unlocks but that didn't happen so I'm working on it on my PC with PCSX2 emulator so it's going to be a while. But I did complete all lightning challenges in one day though

If I remember correctly, you have to win three or four championships in career mode. It's been a long time so I really don't remember. Also I don't know how many you get from the plate, never counted them
I still don't have that Cameos plate, and I've done pretty much everything in the game; just need to complete Career Mode. How did you get it? The only way I've seen people get it is with a cheat code.
At the main menu, select “Features”, then select “Create-a-Car”. Enter ” Seymore ” as a case-sensitive first name and ” Cameos ” as a case-sensitive last name to unlock all cameo FMV sequences.
Win some Lightning Challenges and you will unlock him eventually. Also you get him if you play your EA Sports BIO and play the other 2004 games a lot and get your gamer level up.

-Nope, you can’t get shootout and all star. Not without online play, which no longer exists.-

no, you can earn the tracks by racing in race now mode on Veteran or Legend difficulty
Sawmill and i think they're is one more you can earn from lightning challenges
