I couldn't even remember what the difference between "yes" and "no" was. Seriously, it got that bad. A lot of autoimmune disorders have overlapping symptoms, so it's difficult for doctors to tell which one it is sometimes. For example, brain fog can be a symptom of fibromyalgia, lupus, and mine (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis). Butterfly rashes can be a symptom of lupus, and I also had some butterfly rashes, but a milder version. I used to sound drunk all the time too, but I wasn't; I just had a disease.

I have had a skin cancer the size of a golf ball taken out of my face, and I can tell you that finding cancerous cells is a pretty traumatic thing to hear. Especially because it means you will be having more surgery to remove the rest, although how much surgery depends on how early they caught it. They like to cut a margin around the actual cancer because when they do tests of a certain area around the last cancer cells they found and it is negative, they can be 99.99 percent sure there is no more cancer. When you have had more than half a dozen skin cancers cut out, every suspected skin cancer regardless of whether it is negative is a painful experience. But a better analogy for Onion Boy is thinking having half an inch cut out with a clean bill of health is the same thing as coming back from a stage two melanoma and being told your life expectancy is unaffected.
My Grandmother is currently going through this process for a melanoma on her face. She's almost 80, terribly afraid of hospitals, also has Parkinsons and yet is handling it all like a champ. To quote her 'it's not that big a deal, your grandad has had 6 of these over the years'.

No lawyer will ever give you permission to contact opposition party. If communication with opposition is needed, then the lawyer will contact them directly. In your situation, you can record the conversation and take notes of the interaction. That will be like a current day journal of what is happening. You must not broadcast the recording or share it. I hope you're okay, I've had to do this myself and of course check your laws but sometimes that is the only way to remember what's happening while you are being abused.

He provokes people until they end up reacting negatively, and then he uses their negative reaction to argue that they're crazy. And he only records them when they're acting crazy, but not what happened before to make them react that way.

I have had a skin cancer the size of a golf ball taken out of my face, and I can tell you that finding cancerous cells is a pretty traumatic thing to hear. Especially because it means you will be having more surgery to remove the rest, although how much surgery depends on how early they caught it. They like to cut a margin around the actual cancer because when they do tests of a certain area around the last cancer cells they found and it is negative, they can be 99.99 percent sure there is no more cancer.
When you have had more than half a dozen skin cancers cut out, every suspected skin cancer regardless of whether it is negative is a painful experience. But a better analogy for Onion Boy is thinking having half an inch cut out with a clean bill of health is the same thing as coming back from a stage two melanoma and being told your life expectancy is unaffected.
My Grandmother is currently going through this process for a melanoma on her face. She's almost 80, terribly afraid of hospitals, also has Parkinsons and yet is handling it all like a champ. To quote her 'it's not that big a deal, your grandad has had 6 of these over the years'.

Also, Washington is a 2-party consent state, so they both would've had to have given their consent for it to be legal and admissible in court. The only time that it's not required is when somebody is confessing to a crime, but she wasn't. I think that he's just trying to intimidate her into silence. I've seen him use these types of tactics before several times, including on Shiloh (and, to a lesser degree, on Billie and Ayalla as well). He's just trying to scare her into silence, imo.

You're absolutely right here. The judge will ignore old social media posts and will grill onision on filing so late. They wont take him seriously at all. Also oh my gosh, you cant transcribe your own things for court. You have to hire someone. I had to get transcription done and the wa state courts told me i needed to hire a professional to do it. I think the only reason onision filed this was so he could bring it up in the federal case. It wont hold up in this court but its a paper trail for the main case.

In your situation, you can record the conversation and take notes of the interaction. That will be like a current day journal of what is happening. You must not broadcast the recording or share it. I hope you're okay, I've had to do this myself and of course check your laws but sometimes that is the only way to remember what's happening while you are being abused.
