Also Underbelli Studios, how is Boris Johnson bad? Nationalism per se isn't bad, but the minute it becomes National Socialism, is when it becomes bad. Those two are very distinct, one is a love for your country, and the protection of its culture, while serving your countries interest. The other is the eradication of any chance anyone who doesn't agree with you, can have a life in or out of the country, and is heavily affected by ethnic background. Remember, the US was pretty nationalist, as was the UK during World War 2, so they are not interchangeable terms.

The point is more of there's a tone of hypocrisy by claiming every single person of a specific area, nationality, religion, social class or ethnicity is the same. Not every Muslim is a terrorist, not every German was a Nazi, not every Christian acts like the Westboro Baptist Church and not every Southerner is racist. Saying that the Wehrmacht(The German army during WW2) was part of the Nazis(A political party I will remind everyone) is like saying that the US Army is part of the Republican Party because our president is Trump... And was part of the Democratic Party under Obama. Yeah, their commander in chief was a Nazi, but that doesn't mean the average Wehrmacht soldier shared any of his beliefs... Especially with the conscription that was going on.

Went to Germany in December of 2018, I don't know how I survived. All the people were nice and polite, I feared for my life.
In all seriousness, it was really cool to visit Germany, even if just for a day. We got there on the 15th/16th of December, and went to an Advent market that night. Had some great käsespätle and gluhwein.
