I love how Nick Wright is literally the only person on TV that has consistently been honest each and every game. Every other analyst has picked the lakers to lose all 3 games of their series and then we’re suppose to respect their opinion for game 4. I was a follower of NW before the playoffs but he’s probably the only person on TV/podcast/radio that I’ll continue to listen to once these NBA playoffs are over.
The people want honesty and realness.

His takes on Jokic have been historically wrong, and he gets “stats”/“facts” wrong a lot that ppl don’t notice but he’s still def one of the best on TV granted the bar isn’t very high (cowherd the GOAT bc humor/analogies/metaphors but he’s getting a little old and he def gets stuff wrong and holds some grudges on guys like A-Rod that’s corny). They’re evenly match teams, but in a series obviously there has to be a winner, and with that definition one team has to be “slightly” better in a sense. Does Broussard not see what the lakers are doing defensively. Steph has yet to have a 30 point game this series. They are clearly taking him out of his rhythm. You’re never going to completely shut Steph down but the lakers game plan thus far is working for them.
