    Nick, my man. Rui was on the rise in Washington before he ever came to the Lakers. In fact he was averaging 13ppg until he came to LA where he averaged 10ppg. Different roster and less plying time in LA I understand but everyone that's just discovering Rui clearly wasn't paying attention. He was great for the Zags and he's going to get better every year. He's got size, can shoot, rebound, and defend.

    I know it’s a few years ago but man I wish Lakers kept that roster from the bubble , Dwight , Rondo, Javale size and a reliable PG too.. hopefully they make a few more moves and everyone stays relatively healthy . I’m excited for next season 💯🔥 🏀

    All the Lakers really need is a scorer who can give them consistent buckets in the 4th. They hung with the Nuggets and were even beating them some games, until the 4th quarter came along where they would constantly implode offensively.

    There were multiple games in the Memphis series where it was close enough for Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke could have shifted the game in clutch time. So trusting the Lakers when they have only AD and LeBron sign is crazy to me.

    We Lakers lost to the Nuggets because we didn't have the CENTERS WE HAD BEFORE. We just need a Big Center who can get renounds and take pressure off AD. Javale and Dwight were key to winning the Title in the bubble. We better than everyone else. I do worry when the Grizzlies get healthy thats the ONLY team. The Suns i don't trust

    Lakers don't understand how lucky they were that AD was healthy all playoffs. Even if lebron was a bit hampered by the foot thing (he still put up crazy stats regardless of injury) the fact that AD stayed healthy was a miracle. And to think he's gonna be healthy for another full playoff run next season is wishful thinking.

    Against Denver / The Lakers Had a DLO Problem . Had He NOT Just Scoring 6 pts And Shoot Better Than 17% From 3 / We Might be Talking About Something Else . After All They Got Swept by About ( 24 pts Combined ) .

    The biggest reason of the why the lakers fall off is stamina they don’t have any left after they activate “playoff mode” since February and Denver they were cruising the whole year, look the 4 games of that series they went out of gas in the last 2-3 minutes on every single game, nothing wrong against Denver they did and deserved that championship

    The media goes above and beyond to massage the feelings of LeBron fans by calling it a close sweep. No such thing exists, you lose all 4 of the first games in a best of 7 series, 2 games of which are at home, there's nothing close about that. So they didn't get blown out every game, so what? They couldn't win a single game.

      Is there such thing as a close game? If you lose a game by 6 points would you consider that a close game? Okay, so then if you lose 4 games by an average of 6 points that would be considered a close sweep. It was a close sweep. In other words the Lakers lost but it wasn't a beat down. Which makes sense because if they got completely destroyed by the Nuggets by an average of 20 points they would probably be doing an overhaul of their roster. Since it was close, they're going to run it back.

    Lakers should've started Bryant as a 5 and move AD to 4, they would've been far more successfull. Mo Bamba is good but Brayant was hungry and would've given everything he's got and could've been crucial in the playoffs. I was very sad to see him go as I feel like Reeves and Bryant could've been a dynamic duo outside AD and LeBron that this team desperately needed.

    The media is desperate for The Nuggets to not repeat and The Lakers to be relevant. I think the Nuggets are only going to get better. They have a system, they just need to plug in guys around Gordon,Murray and Jokic, doesn’t matter if role players change as long as they replace them with decent ones. Even if there was a small drop off, the Nuggets won all their series easily, they can have a smaller margin of error and will still win playoff series.

      If Chris Paul would not have gotten injured as he always does Phoenix would have been the tuffest series for the Nuggets, they are the only team that gave them problems during the regular season an in the playoffs they won 2 games than Chris Paul right on cue as always gets injured an it was over after that.

    I love keeping the squad together, literally if vando adds a corner 3, theyre a guaranteed top 5 team in the NBA. But can we PLEASE sign and trade DLo for something. There has got to be something out there better than DLo, especially for the 20-some-odd million dollars theyre about to pay him. A Brook Lopez-esque 5 would turn this team into a title favorite. Like I don't understand just settling for DLo.

    The lakers should've kept THOMAS BRYANT. He was the workhorse. I believe if they had Thomas Bryant, they would've had a better chance at beating Denver. He Rebounds, he runs the floor, he's big, he can shoot, and he hustles. I can't understand why they gave him up.

    Jesus. Lakers needed overtime, at home, to squeak by MIN in the play-in (without McDaniels, Reid and Gobert). Then beat a MEM team without big men Adams and Clark (then Morant got injured). Got through GS (undersized on the front court), then got swept by DEN. To say "I have the Lakers against any team in the Western Conf except DEN" is ridiculous.

    Simply, guys tend to be a bit lazy in the regular season due to it being long & think they can flip the switch everytime they get into the post season. They think they're good enough to do so & some guys can but not everyone & AD is that one
