the problem with this execution is not strictly speaking the method but the fact that the jury had decided to spare him 11 to 1 before the judge went before the judge and decided on the death penalty on his own! it's immoral

We already breathe 80% in the air we breathe. If you eliminate the oxygen, you'll fall asleep similar to what happens when you undergo surgery, but in less than 10 minutes you're considered legally dead (no brain activity) after brain cells are deprived of life sustaining oxygen. There shouldn't be any form of torture because accumulation of carbon dioxide in the lungs is what causes panicking such as occurs when drowning. Nitrogen hypoxia isn't much different from carbon monoxide with regard to suffering. Nitrogen hypoxia is believed to be one of the least painful ways of dying, aside from possible mental anguish of knowing you're about to die soon.

Finally!! Someone else understands everything about THIS process!! IMO, Smith botched his own death warrant in 2022, by causing himself to become dehydrated! However, the ADOC will *NEVER* release that much information!! Thus, leading to the reasons why they've made sure to cut off foods/liquids at certain times!!
My only question is; did the 3 men, causing Mrs. Bennett to suffer & lose her life, any type of choice? Any type of choice to catch her breath? Call her loved ones & say "I love you all so much! I'm going to miss you!" etc? No, they didn't! Her husband took the cowards way out & left the others to become *HIS FACE,* for the murder of his wife!! Yes, I understand that he hired them, but he's *NEVER* been given as much notoriety as his partners in crime!! Sorry, *NOT SORRY,* but *eye for an eye,* in my book!!
