    Ingredients 材料:
    1) 6” Original Chiffon Cake (6寸原味蛋糕):
    • 3 egg (3个蛋)
    • 45g Cake flour (45克 低筋面粉)
    • 35g milk (35 克牛奶)
    • 45g Veg. Oil (45克 植物油)
    • 50g Sugar (50克 糖)
    • 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice | 1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁
    2) Tiger-skin Cake Layer, cake pan size 10”x13” (虎皮蛋糕, 蛋糕盘尺寸 10”x13”):
    • 8 Egg yolks (8 个蛋黄)
    • 35g Powdered sugar or granulated sugar (35克糖粉或砂糖)
    • 15g Cornstarch (15克玉米淀粉)
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract, optional (1茶匙香草精,可以不放)
    3) Mango Mousse (芒果慕斯):
    • 1-1/2 cup Mango puree (1-1/2 杯芒果泥)
    • 2 tsp Agar-agar powder (2 茶匙燕菜粉)
    • ½ cup sugar (½ 杯糖)
    • 1-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (1-1/2 杯浓奶油)
    4) Mango Jelly (芒果果冻):
    • 1 cup Mango puree (1 杯芒果泥)
    • 1 tsp Agar-agar powder (1 茶匙燕菜粉)
    • ¼ cup sugar (1/4 杯糖)
