  • In this video I’m going to show you how to make an Angel Food Roll Cake. We are also going to make strawberry jelly to place in the middle, and adding little hearts all over the cake!

    Ingredients 材料:
    1) Angel Food Roll Cake (天使蛋糕卷):
    • 8 egg whites (8个蛋白)
    • 80g Veg. Oil (80克 植物油)
    • 100g Milk (100克 牛奶)
    • 100g Cake flour (100克 低筋面粉)
    • 2 tsp Vanilla extract (2茶匙香草精)
    • 100g Sugar (100克 糖)
    • 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice (1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁)
    1a) Red Batter for the “hearts” (红色面糊):
    • 25g milk batter (25克牛奶面糊)
    • 25g whipped egg white (25克蛋白)
    • 1 tsp cocoa powder (1茶匙可可粉)
    • Red food color (红色食用色素)
    2) Whipped cream frosting (奶油糖霜):
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (1杯重奶油)
    • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar (3汤匙糖粉)
    3) Strawberry Jelly (草莓果冻):
    • 2 cup Strawberry puree (2 杯草莓泥)
    • 1-1/2 tsp Agar-agar powder (1 -1/2茶匙燕菜粉)
    • 1/2 cup sugar (1/2 杯糖)
    Pan size: 10”x13” ( 烤盘尺寸:10”x13”)
    Glass container for jelly: 8”x6” (果冻玻璃容器:8”x6”)
