    What wheels are those?

Jesus bolt is impressive, did you use it for pressing in the bearing as well? I pretty much have all the same tools, except the bolt itself. What diameter is it? 1/2 inch?

Yup 1/2" threaded rod helped press in the bearing, probably only need about 12" length to be useful

@@speedrunmekaniks9127 Worked well, first bearing I did, I accidentally used a backplate that was too big. It was pressed against that lip surface that the outer bearing rides on, so when I pressed the hub flange on I think I damaged the bearings or cage a bit. The hub was shaky when attached to the bearing, before bolting everything back up. Once everything was tightened tho it seems more solid so I'll just run it for now. Other side I actually used proper backplate to support the inner race. Hub went on and it was rock solid before tightening everything, so I'm much happier with that sides installation.

Nice job 👍 I can appreciate someone who is analytical of their work. The bearing is a set of 2 rows and the inner race is 2 pieces. I might go back to the first wheel you did and use the proper backplate to make sure the inner race halves are sandwiched together all the way. Totally up to you tho.

Actually I realized when you torque the axle shaft nut that should have seated the bearing races so you should be fine.

@@speedrunmekaniks9127 Yeah after I torqued the axle nut all the way to 140-150 ft lbs, the slackness I mentioned went away. I've only driven it once since installing, but the road noise is down tremendously. My bearings used to howl at 50+ mph, it was so loud, I used to think it was my exhaust itself leaking, which was not the case.
