There are about a very few specific scenarios where IVR is debatably useful, and that is when your business handles an extremely limited scope of issues. The very nature of issues is that they go beyond our plan and understanding. So the very fact that your customers are having issues decreases the chance that it's something a planned response system like IVR can handle. But if it's a routine objective like connecting to a department that customers frequently use and are familiar with. But even then, make sure your IVR can ACTUALLY understand and pick up the words, because unlike a live agent, the IVR can't use additional qualifying questions to figure out what the customer is saying.
Is it possible to setup a very simple IVR (almost an Auto Attendat) for home office landline? (caller interaction via keypad, pre-recorded messages, calls must be recorded, static menu, no need to forward calls, ...)
Software is good but i want auto response for that , example if ivr told press 1 for Offer press 2 for for contact agents automatically my android phone should be response 1 Or 2 what i feed in my system is it possible
Any business that uses an IVR system, I usually go straight to do everything I possibly can, do not use that business. Real life is not movies, get a real agent or just have the customer wait, IVR is the single biggest waste of time in today's world.
@@adventurestudios3357 Of course I do but a big part of successful business is making and saving money however you can, so I look to make and save as much money as I can. If you don't have that burning desire, you shouldn't own a business. And I've already found my solution to this, and it's not RingRoost.
this sounds like a great, economical system. Instead of activating a new phone number, can I use an existing phone number?
