So in the Connect Call - if we indicate 7 users to receive the call - and one answer the call so the rest of the numbers disconnect right? but if another call comes in and the agent is still active the call, it wont receive the call anymore.

there is a area called whisper message in the trigger action, put what you want it to say, use a custom value for things like name and number

the number as to be in GHL or you have to port it to GHL

if its the same agent yes it will be busy, but then you can create an autoamtions that fires.
