Thanks. Interestingly, MO-339 same one, for my 2015 Journey 4 CYL……slight difficulty removing: Vertical & crowded..**especially** if a Service- person over tightens Filter, as apparently some do, in FEAR of leaking( I guess)….
Found this vid entertaining. Yeah, best to wait until the oil stops draining from drain hole and/or put plug back, then move drain pan under filter before removal. Also, opening the fill hole, removing cap will help oil to drain better, faster. Not sure what requirements are for the label of "hazardous material", but used oil is hazardous. Why wearing gloves when changing oil should be SOP. Then used oil taken to recycle where they accept it. For that filter location, looks like a fitted cap wrench or Lisle filter tool would work well. Depending on how much force you can apply hand tight could be ok. But general guide is 2/3-3/4 turn after gasket contact, with a lightly oiled gasket.
