I must be losing it- did he show the back? Lol the mind is gone, but is that number related to the small one on the obv, to the right and above the lower 6?
@@maxf7351 yes a web note will have just a number in that spot and a regular note or sheetfed note the number will have a letter before the number and on the reverse, of a web note, there will be a number to the right of the word trust at the top and on the regular note the number will be below the E in the word one in big letters also they only made web notes in 1988, 1993, and 1995 I believe
For a 1988 note still in circulation, that thing looked pretty hot. I thought it was newer, and have never seen a tiny number to the lower right before. Have to look into that
the bills with the star's on them are pretty common just have to look at everyone that goes through your hands and you'll find some. also, your can find star notes in other denomination like $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100
I have a $1 bill whose size is smaller than all others. Similarky the printing on the front is proportionally smaller. The printing on the back is the correct size. The paper and ink seem perfect. What do I have?
It's because error notes are very hard to find. Error notes are extremely scarce because 99% of paper money is manufactured normally, but below 1% (like 0.0025% or lower) may be caused by problems to the paper money machine. Error notes are as valuable as special serial numbers, but the big difference is that Error notes appear once in a lifetime to any individual who finds one and immediately recognizes it in their change. Think about it for a second. If you lost that error note into circulation, then you're never going to find one like it anymore. That's how unique and special error notes are.
Hi I have a dollar bill . Next to the number one stamped . It’s not a typed number. It’s under neath the 12 it has a the number one it’s 1 and the next 2 zeros go down in size hard to explain. It’s not from a pen or a pencil. When you shine it with the light it’s transparent you can’t see it . I have yet to see any one dollar bill next to the seal . Can someone tell me if this is part of the note or did I just found something that’s extremely rare . And if so how would I know the value of it if in-fact is something to be looked at and can guide me to find out. I can send you a picture and you can tell me if I’ve found something
Hey brother i found a $1 coin JFK it struk with four wierd wholes , i would luke to show it to you , and please advise me wher can i sell it ..thank you
Why I wanted to ask because google wont tell me so I have a two dollar bill that’s in pretty good condition and it has three different numbers in the serial code and it’s a flipper 3 zeros 3 nines and 2 sixes how much do you think that would go for on something like eBay
I would like to certify a dollar bill,,it has on the from of it a rare red seal but under the black seal ,,,,the red seal shouldn't be there,,,only the black seal
Yes for real a birthday note with the lucky 777 strip and the big thing being that they found an error supposedly destroyed it and made this but something wasn't destroyed because we got half of the Error note or at least have the Error note full serial number on one side that's insane! Straight insanity
unfortunately its worth $1 if there were 7 zeros either in a row or not it would be worth more or if the 3 was a 1-2-0 it would be worth more or if the 1and the 2 were zeros it would be worth a whole lot more. these are referred to as fancy serial numbers.
What site do you go to or to find out what you might have? Any help would be nice. I'm new to coin hunting ..and I've got a few bills that got the star like it's seen on this ad..
It's also a Web Note. That's why the Plate Number is at the top on the Reverse. That by itself makes it valuable

Why do people pay so much for errors? I don’t understand it.

Yes
Especially an error on a REPRINT of a fake note
And all the sudden there's no such thing as error for the '64 SMS penny.
Because they are rare
Honestly a note that sold for that much 15 years ago should bring over $50K in todays HOT ERROR NOTE MARKET!!!!
Isn't the small 2, without a letter more valuable, as well, and what significance does the L have unless it is just because there is no star in it?
