Oh! And, so you know, I believe your mic audio is shifted left. If you're using a stereo mic, make sure left and right are both panned all the way; if it's mono, dead center

@@My-First-3D-Printer My honest advice is to just run it mono mode, if you can! It's a good sounding clip on, and, for a TH-cam video, where you're narrating to an audience, you don't need the stereo effect.
Do a side by side comparison, in the same room, in the same location, on the same day, of mono vs stereo. Then, in your DAW, listen to them both, side by side, and also compare stereo when it's panned left/right, and when both are panned center.
If you have some familiarity with audio engineering, this might sound over analytical, since two microphones picking up the same thing should result in a simple +3dB bump when panned center. But microphone diaphragms can have slightly different characteristics, or even there position in the housing can alter the resonant frequencies for each side, even when they come off the assembly line next to each other. Normally, those differences wouldn't be noticeable, but if they happen to have frequency differences that combine in nasty ways (for example: Housing creates a slight resonance at 1k6, and by combining them as mono sources you've doubled that frequency's volume in both ears; 1k6 is nasty, it's a frequency our ears are tuned to, and is strongly present in the sound of a baby crying.), it can be a worse result to run it mono. There's also the off chance it actually sounds better in mono! And sometimes, still, if the mic has a built in switch for mono and stereo, it's possible the manufacturer has some processing going on inside (either digitally or using capacitors, wire coils, and other such sparky things) for each mode, to compensate for exactly those differences. Either way, if it sounds the same either way, running it mono will help avoid this issue in the future.
Oh! And best to run this test with the mic either clipped to your shirt, or in suspended/held in air (ie mic stand, tripod, etc), or both. The argument for suspended is that it isolates the mic from other resonant or reflective surfaces like a desk or your hand (which absorbs certain frequencies better than others) or chest. The argument for clipped to chest is, well, that's where it's being used, so that's where you care about how it sounds.
Really enjoyed your new video, too! Please keep making more! 😁😁

@ my friend this is solid gold information and I am saving this in a screenshot to use.
Out of all the things I am working on, audio is one of the hardest for me. And I come from the world of car stereos and building them for our cars as teens for years.
This is super held and I really appreciate the tips. And thank you for enjoying the content!! I’m always up for suggestions as well🫶🏼🫶🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Are the smaller spools you bought from Amazon the same weight (1KG) as the bambul labs spools. I have noticed the prices are a lot cheaper on Amazon. I have seen comparisons with bambu labs fillement vs Elegoo filement. Elegoo got good reviews in the tests, and its also cheap.

The rolls I got were 250g each. They had some larger rolls but figured I will try the material first before committing to more. Some good and bad reviews on Amazon but I wanted to check it out.

I used to have a YT channel with around 40k subs. I will tell you that getting subs is not easy in the beginning. I think 1000 subs in december probably wont happen. I wish you luck on that but even if you dont reach your goal, it doesnt matter. Stick at it and you will eventually reach 1000 subs. As time goes by your channel will grow and subs will become more and more of a thing but it all just takes time and sticking at it.

0:43 So you got 8 rolls of 250 grams for the price of 2 rolls of 1 kilogram. And that's a good deal? I guess that's where the 'freedom units' vs 'sane units' come into play. 8x 250g = 2.kg. So, you just paid the same. Bambu Labs filament, especially if you get the discount because you own a BL printer, is fairly friendly in price. Sunlu is fairly friendly priced too. Just... that bit of 'logic' did not make much sense since you paid by your own admission roughly the same, for the same weight of filament, you apparently just didn't realise it. Haven't watched the rest of the video yet, so no opinion to the rest yet 😉 Also not trying to be a jerk, it is genuinely intended as positive criticism.

@@My-First-3D-Printer No worries! Keep in mind that a LOT of brands out there are 'rebranded' versions of other well known brands. A good example is Sunlu, and it's 'low-cost' brand Jayo. In EU, when I order a large(r) batch of Jayo, it often arrives in Sunlu outer boxes, it has the exact same spools, exact same colors, etc. as Sunly. Another combination is Polymaker and Overture. Both have 'diamond' versions of their ABS and ASA, which are sparkly, and they carry the exact same colors, only labels and spool boxes are different. For me personally, Jayo is the 'bulk' champion for me, since you can get their PLA, PETG and ABS for less than $10 per kg (though with a relatively limited color selection) and I find their filament to work and look very nicely indeed. Dig through the wellknown chinese webshop and you can often find 5 or 10 spool offers with free shipping for excellent prices.
