Dzięki :D Mike Diskett udostępnił kod źródłowy do gry github.com/dizzy2003/MuckyFoot-UrbanChaos Skompilowałem projekt i bezpośrednio w kodzie nanoszę różne modyfikacje, takie jak możliwośc zapisywania gry. W innych filmikach pokazałem narzędzia za pomocą, których można między innymi tworzyć własne poziomy. 😉
Przysiągłbym, że odpisywałem na ten komentarz- może z jakiegoś powodu YT go usunął ... Dev toolsów jako takich nie ma, ale jest kod źródłowy na githubie z którym pracuje gdy moduję te grę :)
@@TheAntiquatedOne hey! i just checked it out, and the graphical artifacting issues i had are gone! although now the game forces full screen and the resolution and aspect ratio can't be adjusted. even if i set my desktop resolution to 4:3, the game renders to a 16:9 stretched windowbox lol. im guessing this is SDL just being weird because ive had WIP SDL ports of games do stuff like this before. is there a config setting for resolution? im sure eventually arbitrary resolutions will be added but im totally fine with playing in 4:3 so long as it's not stretched lol. and the quick save feature works BUT if you die and restart the level, the save seems to be wiped unfortunately. i presume it's being written to memory and not a file at the moment? then the memory address is cleared when the restart function is triggered?
@@shade221 Glad to hear that the graphical issues are gone! Right now the only way to change fullscreen mode is via config.txt file- you will find there the fullscreen_mode parameter which if set to 1 will set the game to run in fullscreen mode and when set to anything else should enable the windowedd mode. Another important parameter is video_res which takes values from 1 to 5 and adjusts the resolution 5 being 1920x1080. I haven't really tested the game for different aspect resolutions than 16:9 so thanks to your feedback I understand needs to be addressed. I wanted to add resolution & fullscreen configs to the game itself but I simply didn't have enough time to finish them ( similarly I didn't finish the quicksaves slots and now upon level restart the quicksave file -- quicksave.dat -- is being wiped out). Unfortunately I had to switch to other projects for now as my money is running low but hopefully as soon as I'm back on track I will improve this mod and address all current issues. Thanks for all the feedback and testing!
@@MasterRedAssassin Finding all the power ups in each level would have been much more doable :D Maybe devs didn't want to make the game easier that way.
