  • The LifeGlider is a no fall walker. But it is so much more than that. This is a walker, stander, gait trainer all in one and in many ways it has given me more mobility than I ever thought possible after the past several years I've had. Things have levelled out since the pandemic, due to staying at home and managing my environment, the temperature and how much I move in very specific ways. But the life glider has been also a major part of it. This review is unsponsored and honestly I didn't think it would help my life as much as it has. But the ability to look a person straight in the eye when standing up straight that is a feeling I cannot describe and that is something I will never be sick of.
It gives me a confidence and a power by cannot begin to relate to someone who has not been through Disability it's truly a new outlook on the world even though that sounds so corny it has given me options and the ability to choose and to choose while not being in pain is a very empowering place to be.
If you would like to know more about the LifeGlider please let me know and I will answer as many questions as possible and or do more videos if needed. I truly love my life glider I have named Aragog and will now recommend life glider whenever possible. My life has truly changed because of it. there is no cure to cerebral palsy but I can Say with the Atmos certainty this is mine.

When your walking is the main weight going through your arms or the seat ? I have one and think I may be putting to much weight through the seat

Is this thing used more by ppl with spinal issues or hip displaysia ? Does it improve stability or strengthen muscles after using it ?

It can be used by people with spinal issues and hip dysplasia but it does not have to be. It is for anyone who difficulty with balance and standing, as it does not allow you to fall completely to the floor. The belt holds you in so that doesn’t happen. Yes I have seen a difference in muscle strength and less hip/leg pain. it allows me to do so many things that I wouldn’t have done before it’s some thing you have to experience in order to get.
