My first set I bought was this one, I painted using this tutorial and even though they aren't 100% perfect, due to my overly shaky hands, I'm still really happy with the result! Thanks so much! I'm sure to buy some more now.
Today my paints came and it came with a free apace marine! I have a tyranid patrol that im starting with but after watching this video im going to paint this guy first. Thanks
I found this video while making it and I realised I was doing it all wrong, the paint hit the metal bit and I did the technical paint with the brush but luckily I accidentally kept it in the water pot so nothing happens🙂↕️🙂↕️😮💨😮💨
Is this type of model typically smaller than others? Because i painted my first model ever yesterday and had to use the smallest dip of paint ever to do the eyes, but then I'll see another video of a guy painting the eyes in various shafes before doing a white dot highlight that shouldn't seem possible from how small it is...just doesn't make sense
There are some that are very slightly larger but no this is a standard size Warhammer Miniature; there are some really talented people in this community.
@@Westrunner1701 I knew they were small obviously but you really don't get that sense of scale from some mini painting videos, the details really are incredible

If you want to have percision try holding the upper part of your brush to your cheek, worked for me when painting termagant eyes.

Awesome set and very helpful video. Thanks!

My brother in law gave me this exact set as my starter but i plan on making a salamander army out of it
Man... mine didnt come with the decals printed on the marines. I wonder why?
Hi there,
I thought that the Aquila was golden? Am I wrong?
Just bought this set. I was told I could paint them to be Dark Angels, but the Ultramarine logo is on the shoulder. How do you fix this?
@@ddenny6863 Just sand/file/cut the emblem off of the shoulder pad until smooth then prime over it.
Am I colorblind or am I actually seeing copper?

And l only did one coat
Made a mess as soon as i touched the paint
everybody starts off that way, but you make a great step with every bit of practice.
