    She saved the best for the last- Best line- recruiters want you as badly as you want that job, so be confident and have the courage to ask for a better salary. It's not wrong and you are not going to be seen as a bad person for asking for more money. Thank you for your invaluable tips!

    Let take an Example for PM role the market standard for fresher APM role is 15 LPA
    (Min). I have 2 YOE as APM and getting 9 LPA only. Whenever I negotiate they say that you’ll only get 30% hike from your previous salary. I’m expecting minimum 15 LPA what should I do?

    I check glassdoor just after receiving the email asking to send the resume to HR...😀 when I switched from IT services company to big4, even though my offer was lower than market standard, I was scared to negotiate as my current salary was too low with respect to the offer. Anyway next year appraisal compensated that.

    In some companies the HR doesn't negotiate, the CEO himself negotiates the salary with u. HR is dumb and they say that you need to talk about the salary with the CEO.

    Hi just to know is it possible or does it sound good to negotiate after accepting an offer? Like if you forgot the joining bonus part and later just after few days you came to know that juniors are getting huge joining bonus. Can they withdraw the offer for asking after accepting the job offer?

    • @InsiderGyaan
      @InsiderGyaan  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Accepting offer usually would happen after negotiation. If u have legit reasons u can obv withdraw. But hr may or may not be obliged to change their offer at that point
