Great learning experience!! I would also request for more illustrations way of explaining with pen and paper or any digital pen .Helps us to understand better .Thank you!!
In this case considering area to be Suburban my approach was- 1 would suggest to remove any type of middleman between the process of buying the goods from manufacturer to retailers which would cut the CP and definitely will increase Profit. 2 to increase the reach among consumers a) online by putting in amazon Flipkart b) offline by distribution of monthly or quarterly pamplet suggesting attractive offers in nearby areas of retailer. Anyone review my answer. Thankyou
Interesting!! Another great case study based video!!! @Insider Gyaan 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Diversification is part of Growth, so we can suggest that considering the time & budget we have on our hand! However, what could happen if the client is not eyeing that for say next 5 years & want to grow in niche area only? We suggest them to go deep in the current area, correct?
hey maam, i have a question . in the previous videos , you've said at first we need to focus or create an objective first which should be SMART. but here in this case it was not mentioned properly, like can we ask to what percentage are you expecting the growth and by which year?? is that appropriate in this case
Hey Soumi, As a young professional with no managerial roles in my cv what are the leadership skills that I can write? I have 3 years of exp in accounting. But we didn't have teams or strategies to lead as it was just a small tarding. In such cases what can we write as leadership skills while applying for MBA/jobs? Can you make a detailed video?
Hello mam i think at 9.02 there is an unintentional misstatement. I'm very much interested in management consulting. could you please recommend some of the case studies books one needs to refer before interview preparation ..
While you are explaining problem statement via picture can you remove that grey background to and fro movement in the picture. Can you please keep it stable .Its annoying to concentrate on the problem statement due to to and fro grey background movement
Also, can you do a video on solving case studies for the very beginners like a very structured way of solving a case step by step? What points are to be kept in mind? What to look for in a case first? As a first-time case solver.
@@InsiderGyaan I went through a couple of them. As a first-time case solver, I felt those steps were quite advanced like you have pretty much experience in it. So you can quickly identify the problem and solve it. But as a beginner how can we break a case first and then identify the problem, identify what we have to actually solve with all the given information and so on? Can you make a video on the very basic way of solving a case? Like what should we look at first? Then proper steps followed. It would be more helpful for a beginner if you could break it into different steps.
