Great series. Loved it! Easily the best videos you’ve posted. Excellent editing, drone shot, music, voice-overs. You captured the joy of a guy’s road trip. Cheers!
Wow, Joe that was an absolute stunner, loved every minute of it…..one of the best Vids I have seen…..Brilliant mate ……..i have heard across other TH-camrs, that some of the locals can go full on Braveheart…
A bunch of us 718 owners based ourselves in Bonar Bridge for a week back in September 2021. We had an absolute amazing time with little or no traffic and 20 degrees all week. We will never experience such conditions again. The scenery in NW Scotland is hard to describe. The trip into the Isle of Skye was a long one though
some of your comments were quite jaw droppingly disrespectful to the residents who live in the Highlands. Why do people in the north need the experimental Dounreay nuclear reactor? they didn't, it was built there by your govt. Why do they need so much electricity? they don't but the resource is exported to you with no benefit to residents. Could be why there is resentment towards those 'doing' the NC500 which is basically the main access roads for these remote areas before it was marketed as a bucket list drive. People live there because they've always lived there. The weather is the northern hemisphere weather not the south of England. Scotland isn't England. duh ! Nice car though.
Wow, did you pull a muscle typing that rant or is all that Highland air just making you salty? I’m sorry you’re upset about the Dounreay reactor, but unless you’ve got a plan to power the country with sheep farts, maybe consider it’s there for a reason. And yeah, we do need the electricity, because unlike the Highlands, some of us live in places with more than 3 people and a goat. As for the NC500, sorry if you don’t want the rest of us driving your glorified cow tracks. But calling it ‘main access roads’ is a bit much-more like scenic routes with bonus potholes. I get it though, Scotland isn’t England, just like rain isn’t sunshine, but maybe take a deep breath of that fresh Highland air before you pop a haggis over it. 😂

constructive feedback. Please sort out the background music volume. Its way too loud, or cut it out completely.
Thank you! Yeah I’ve thought that a few times I may have overdone it. Appreciate the comment tho!
Car needs another wash now 🤣
@@ImpulsiveAndy haha well you can do it 🤣
