i'm really glad you decided to go for P ranks, i think they really show what is so good about this game. Before doing them it's fun and charming but I think the movement really shines with the p ranks
I had to look up a P rank run of this level, because I kept losing my combo in the second secret. Turns out the I did discover that taunting instantly triggers an alarm, but I forgot. The first secret can be done without taunting nor losing your combo, if you uppercut into the eye while you're falling. Conveniently enough the first alarm that must be triggered to progress can be triggered twice, but it only counts as once for the Let Them Sleep chef task. Secrets also don't count against that chef task.
this is the level that gave me the most trouble when i went for p ranks. it has a really wonky flow to it that i just don't vibe with, though i also wonder if it's also just not as well suited for the noise's moveset. i'm happy to see it went a lot smoother here than my experience.
Hmmm, maybe Pineapple Elvis's pointings at the cameras is meant to be the tutorial for the taunting. BAMP! and pose for the camera to make the alarm go off right away. there's one of the pizza grannie's hints either on this floor or one under that mentions that Taunting gets the attention of enemies faster, that's where I think I came up with the idea to taunt for the camera. (or maybe it was the pig city and posing for the tourists.)
In a lot of cases I find myself thankful near the end of video series that raocow chooses not to immediately go into second characters/loop 2s/replays/whatever, even if I like the game he's been playing, it's nice to have a change of pace. In this instance though? I would absolutely be down if he jumped straight into a Noise playthrough.

(18:38) Whoops, blasted that monster slightly too early if you wanted that little shortcut. (19:04) Lap 2! on your remark about enjoying the game and wanting to play more of it, I've seen there are a lot of fan-made levels and level packs. Would you be at all interested in checking one of them out at some point? (not asking as an offer or to guide your hand, just curious if the thought sounds fun!)
