I remember back in '98 I went to the States as an exchange student. One day at home I had an avocado toast (I'm from Chile and we love avocados) everyone was looking at me as I was eating the weirdest thing in the world. Who would know that years later it'll become a thing lol. But I'm glad you guys are enjoying what has been for years and years a tradition in Chile (breakfast and at elevenses) the humble avocado toast.

I just get the avocado, remove the seed and sprinkle salt on both sides and eat them out with a spoon.

@@BrokenEvil true brings back memories. I grew up where we pick up our own avocados and we eat them with bread, rice, sweet potatoes, plantains and cassava so delicious, but I didn't know so healthy, maybe our parents new.

Me today: Fried hard egg with diced Red onions, Steamed Jerk Portobello mushroom, sprinkle of garlic salt, 3 dashes of rosemary over AVOCADO topped with melted pepperjack cheese.

My favourite Avo-Toast is toasted sourdough bread, mashed avocado with salt and lemon, smoked salmon, one fried egg (with a runny yolk), black pepper and paprika on top. Delicious!! 😋
All right. Well everyone is giving their avo toast so here is mine:
Toasted bread (twice toasted)
Avocado with salt, pepper, garlic powder,onion powder, red chilli flakes
And a fried egg with more salt and pepper on top.
A bit much for some but for me it is perfection.
The sushi combination sounds AMAZING!!
We were looking for what to do with our ripened avocados. Thank you for these brilliant ideas. Now, we can salvage the avocados and prep something good and healthy for our mom as well.

The Kylie Jenner is amazing!! I am just in love with it. I do need to use lemon instead of lime. I used clover honey with Sea Salt...yum yum. I have tried your other ones as well and they turned out good too. Thank you so much for this video!!!

Here is my recipe for avocado toast.. Take two slices of Dave’s bread and toast it and put margarine and a half an avocado on each piece of toast… Now you have some delicious avocado toast. lol price at home about one dollar per avocado toast. Price eating out about seven dollars for each piece of toast..

I wanna share my avocado toast recipe too: For my fellow Filipinos looking for avocado toast ideas
1. Toasted Gardenia High Fiber bread (Dense in calories and nutrients so you only need a slice)
2. Mashed the avocado and add chopped tomato, cucumber and carrots diced. Mix then season with salt and pepper
3. Add the avocado mixture on the toast then add some kangkong or spinach layer on top
4. Finally, a soft boiled egg or poached egg for that protein
The raisins in the high fiber bread is just 🍞💕

I love to eat Avocado Toast sprinkled with pepper and garlic powder, a little splash of white balsamic vinegar and sometimes Tabasco Sriracha on top. Soo good 🥰

I gotta add one of my favorites.
It’s good bread toasted, mashed lightly seasoned avacado spread on, then I add a layer of good quality cottage cheese, lightly salt n pepper, add a few slices of those canned mandarin oranges, and I top with a light sprinkle of “everything bagel” seasoning and wow its incredible!!
Sometimes I omit the oranges and sprinkle more “everything bagel” seasoning.
Seriously, the flavor of avacado, cottage cheese and that seasoning is dreamy!

I loved the recipes, I have a food tech exam this year, I was wondering with the margarita one do you think coating the tomato in a little bit of pesto with a fried egg on top be good or would it ruin it.
