Terrific recipe -- definitely on my to-do list for the next batch of avocados. Just one thing: lime is always more compatible to avocado than lemon. I have spent a lot of time in Mexico, and it is always thus. Also, I would prefer cilantro to parsley. But that's what recipes like this are for: chacun à son goût!
