I may be wrong but 1. The amount of added salt is negligible, and purely meant to accentuate the chocolate flavour 2. If you use coconut oil without heating it too much (in this case, it is raw no-bake), it is actually fairly healthy. At least, no coconut milk or cream is used. That is far worse you know

Recently came across your channel and loving it! Can't wait to try all your recipes! Quick question on this recipe - can I replace Tofu with another ingredient that can still help with the texture? My dietician does not want me to eat tofu as it doesn't really suit my gut :(
